We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Post job openings on job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer releases and follow up with selected candidates.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Handle joining formalities and induction programs.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee files and records.
HR Operations
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and punctuality.
- Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements.
- Maintain HR reports and employee databases.
- Assist in payroll inputs and employee data management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support.
- Assist in performance review and employee feedback processes.
- Support employee retention initiatives.
Required Skills

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
