*Job Description*
Finding New Clients (Lead Generation)Find and target new business clients using phone calls, social networking, and market research.Actively sell all hotel services. This includes room nights, food and beverages, and event spaces.Attend and host industry trade shows and local business events to expand the hotel's network.
2. Negotiating and Closing DealsMeet with corporate travel agents and company decision-makers.Negotiate contract terms, room rates, and service agreements.Manage the Corporate Volume Guaranteed Rates (CVGR) process to ensure profitable bookings.
3. Planning and StrategySet yearly sales budgets and figure out how to meet them.Team up with the revenue management team. This helps set the best prices based on market trends and competitor rates.Check and analyze sales data to figure out areas for improvement.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
