About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates. This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Post job openings on various platforms
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
- Support onboarding activities and documentation
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
