Job Summary
We are looking for an Environmental Chemist with strong analytical and documentation skills to support environmental compliance, technical reporting, and regulatory submissions. The role primarily involves preparing environmental reports, compiling laboratory and monitoring data, coordinating with field and laboratory teams, and ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare environmental monitoring reports for water, wastewater, air, noise, and soil analysis.
- Compile, review, and interpret laboratory analytical data for technical reporting.
- Prepare statutory reports and regulatory submissions as per CPCB, GSPCB, and other applicable environmental guidelines.
- Coordinate with laboratory and site teams to collect monitoring data and ensure timely report preparation.
- Maintain environmental records, compliance documentation, laboratory reports, and calibration records.
- Assist in preparing environmental audit reports, compliance statements, and client documentation.
- Verify analytical results for completeness, consistency, and accuracy before report submission.
- Support preparation of technical proposals, environmental documentation, and project reports.
- Ensure reports are prepared within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain document control, version management, and report archives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure timely submissions.
- Stay updated on environmental regulations, reporting formats, and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in environmental reporting, laboratory documentation, or environmental consulting.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Strong technical report writing and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of environmental monitoring parameters and laboratory analytical reports.
- Understanding of CPCB, GSPCB, MoEFCC, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and data validation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
