Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Telecaller to generate quality leads, interact with prospective customers, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Generate and qualify leads for villas, apartments, plots, and other real estate projects.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and ongoing offers to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective customers.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu (mandatory); knowledge of English and Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into qualified leads.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with 1–4 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, or real estate sales.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or lead generation.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and customer follow-up processes.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound sales calls.
