Job Purpose
To plan, monitor, and control production activities, ensuring smooth coordination between design, procurement, fabrication, and dispatch, while meeting project timelines and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Key Deliverables
- Production Planning – Develop and release fabrication schedules, job cards, and work orders.
- Scheduling & Coordination – Align production with design, procurement, and site erection requirements.
- Monitoring & Reporting – Track daily progress, prepare MIS reports, and highlight bottlenecks.
- Inventory Management – Ensure availability of raw materials (steel sheets, struts, platforms).
- Dispatch & Logistics – Plan dispatches and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
- Quality & Compliance – Ensure adherence to fabrication standards, safety norms, and ISO compliance.
