Production & Plant manager

Minimum 10-15 year of professional experience as a Production operations.
Location: Preferably Mysore or Bangalore
Language: English, Kannada, Hindi
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Prior experience in battery manufacturing or automotive/EV industry preferred.
Oversee daily operations of the battery production plant and Plan, coordinate, and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and environmental regulations.
Work closely with R&D, procurement, and quality teams to optimize production processes.
Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Proven expertise in Six Sigma principles and Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
