Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified IT Executive to manage and maintain the school's IT infrastructure. The candidate will provide technical support, ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems and networks, and assist staff with day-to-day IT requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain computer systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
- Install, configure, and update systems and applications.
- Maintain smart boards, projectors, printers, CCTV, and other IT equipment.
- Perform data backup, system maintenance, and basic network administration.
- Maintain IT inventory and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Ensure the security and efficient operation of the school's IT systems.
Qualification & Experience:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications (MCA), M.Sc. Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support, system administration, or network management.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
