Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, generate sales, conduct product demonstrations, arrange test rides/product trials, and achieve monthly sales targets for EV bikes and agricultural machinery. Similar showroom sales roles in the automobile industry focus on customer handling, product explanation, lead follow-up, financing support, and sales target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend showroom visitors professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain features, specifications, pricing, warranty, and financing options.
- Conduct EV bike test rides and agro machine demonstrations.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, phone calls, references, exhibitions, and field visits.
- Maintain customer database and daily follow-up records.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support showroom display, cleanliness, and branding activities.
- Participate in local marketing campaigns, dealer meets, and promotional events.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / Any Degree (Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Agriculture preferred).
- 1–3 years experience in automobile, EV, agricultural machinery, tractor, pump, or equipment sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Knowledge of Tamil and basic English.
- Two-wheeler driving license preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM).
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Monthly KPI
- Minimum 40 customer enquiries handled
- Minimum 20 product demonstrations/test rides
- Sales Target:
- EV Bikes: 8–10 units/month
- Agro Machines: ₹5–10 lakh/month sales
- Customer follow-up completion: 100%
- Customer satisfaction rating above 90%
