Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, brochures, banners, and marketing materials.
- Edit property videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Manage company social media accounts and schedule content.
- Create monthly content plans and monitor engagement.
- Support digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Creative mindset with good communication and time-management skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Portfolio of design and video editing work required.
- Real estate experience is a plus.
