We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, strong attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in software systems and databases.
- Maintain accurate records of company documents, forms, and reports.
- Review data for errors, missing information, and inconsistencies.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Scan, organize, and file physical and digital documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Coordinate with team members for data collection and validation.
- Ensure data backup and proper document management.
Required Skills
- Typing speed: 40–90 WPM (depending on role requirement).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets.
- Basic computer knowledge and internet browsing skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Diploma or certification in computer applications preferred.
Experience
- Fresher / 0–2 years experience in data entry, back office, or admin work.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
