Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Admin + Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and personal assistance to senior management. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing office administration independently while coordinating executive schedules, meetings, travel, documentation, and confidential information. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills are essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
- Coordinate housekeeping, pantry, office supplies, stationery, and vendor management.
- Handle office maintenance and ensure smooth functioning of office facilities.
- Maintain office records, files, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate courier services, inward and outward dispatches.
- Manage travel bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee activities.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.
- Monitor AMC renewals, office assets, and utility services.
Personal Assistant
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and reports.
- Follow up with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
- Maintain confidential documents and sensitive business information.
- Coordinate business meetings, client visits, and conferences.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business documents.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned action items.
- Handle confidential communications with professionalism and discretion.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or any relevant discipline.
- Additional certification in Administration or Executive Assistance will be an advantage.
Experience
- Experience: 3–6 years in Administration, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Administration.
- Experience supporting senior management or Directors is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,536.74 - ₹33,115.44 per month
