Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting clients, delivering presentations, negotiating business terms, and converting opportunities into successful business deals. MBA Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, references, and online platforms.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and customer referrals.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and business meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close business opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and ensure timely conversion of leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM or company systems.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.

Qualification
- MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Management)
- Any Bachelor's Degree with MBA.
Experience
- 0–3 Years
- MBA Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Client Acquisition, or Corporate Sales will have an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong interest in Sales and Business Development.
- Comfortable with client meetings and presentations.
- Willing to travel within Bangalore for business meetings.
- Fluent in English; Kannada and Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
