Job Title: Central Support (Chat Support/E-mail support)

Role Summary:
The role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, handling
40-70 tickets per day, and resolving issues within 24 hours while maintaining a 90%
customer satisfaction rating. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders in
operations and tech to address customer concerns, ensuring timely and e
ective
solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels: Phone, email or
chat.
● Gather Product knowledge: Develop product knowledge to answer inquiries
confidently and guide customers e
ectively to solve the concerns.
● Resolve customer issues e
ciently and e
ectively: Troubleshoot problems,
find solutions, and respond to queries in a timely manner to restore customer
satisfaction.
● Customer ticket handling: Handle 40 to 70 ticket per day
● Meeting the target metric consistently: Solve tickets within 24 hrs time with
90% customer satisfaction rating
● Stakeholder Management: E
ciently coordinate & collaborate with relevant
stakeholders in operations and tech to solve the customer issues
Requirements:
● You have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
● Knowledge in accounts related issues is a must

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
