Inddig Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing & Performance Marketing Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
Generate quality leads while maximizing ROI and ROAS.
Develop social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
Lead and manage a team of Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Social Media Executives.
Assign tasks, review creatives, and ensure timely project delivery.
Handle client communication, campaign reporting, and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with SEO, Website Development, and Sales teams to achieve client objectives.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and implement optimization strategies.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and Social Media Management.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and lead generation campaigns.
Experience managing creative teams and multiple client accounts.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results within deadlines.
