SunCrypto is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential customers. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Explain SunCrypto's products and services effectively to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- 1- 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, or a similar role
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently pitch products and services to customers.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge and must know basic Excel to maintain records.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
