- Greet and assist customers visiting the retail store in a friendly and professional manner.
- Explain products, menu items, and offers to customers and help them make purchase decisions.
- Manage counter sales, billing, and payment processing.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales value.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution with a positive attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness, product display, and stock arrangement in the store area.
