Core Responsibilities
- Monitoring Building Systems
- Monitor HVAC systems through BMS workstation.
- Observe alarms, faults, and system status.
- Check temperature, humidity, pressure, and energy parameters.
- Operating HVAC Equipment
- Start/stop AHUs, FCUs, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and ventilation systems.
- Adjust schedules and operating timings as per requirement.
- Maintain indoor comfort conditions.
- Preventive Maintenance Support
- Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing teams during PM activities.
- Assist vendors/service engineers during troubleshooting.
- Verify equipment status after maintenance.
- System Troubleshooting
- Identify communication failure between controllers and devices.
- Check sensor values, actuator status, and field device operation.
- Coordinate with BMS engineer for programming issues.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
