Job Description:
Selected candidates will be responsible for handling and supporting pickup center to ensure smooth first-mile logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support pickup center / first mile operations
- Coordinate daily pickup planning, execution, and targets
- Perform sorting, scanning, labeling, bagging, loading, and unloading of shipments
- Ensure timely handover of shipments to hub / line haul teams
- Maintain accurate system entries, documentation, and MIS
- Follow SOPs, safety standards, and operational discipline
- Handle warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance
- Support manpower handling, attendance, and shift allocation (Team Lead role)
- Train and guide team members (Team Lead role)
- Resolve operational issues such as delays, mismatches, and damages
- Assist in achieving daily productivity and SLA targets
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Pickup Center / Warehouse / First Mile Operations
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in target-driven and shift-based environment
- Team handling skills (mandatory for Team Lead)
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and responsible attitude
