Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Counsel students regarding Aviation, Hospitality, and Customer Service courses.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads generated through social media, website, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and admissions in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Guide students regarding course details, fee structure, career opportunities, and placements.
- Coordinate with trainers and management for admission-related activities.
- Participate in seminars, career counselling events, and promotional activities.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and educational partners.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Experience in Education Counselling, Telecalling, Sales, Customer Service, Banking, Aviation, or Hospitality will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Office, and Email communication.
