· Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
· Maximizing space usage within the warehouse.
· Management of warehouse operations and staff including the execution of replenishment of stocks and inventory transactions.
· Shipment loading and transferring.
· Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
· Planning future warehouse capacity requirements.
· Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
· Working with supervisors to improve staff performance.
· Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
· Being on call for any emergencies.
· Ensure cleanliness of the warehouse as per the standards of the Company and ensure continuous improvement within the warehouse.
· Make sure all warehouse related records, and necessary documentation. (Return goods, damage register etc.) are in order
· Investigating any inventory losses.
· Make proper warehouse storage and retrieval systems.
· Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
· Identify errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures
· Sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues
· Ensure warehouse equipment are in working condition
· Timely service of equipment used in the warehouse
· Repairing warehouse equipment breakdowns.

1. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Graduate
· Proven 1 to 2 years’ experience in handling warehouse activities
2. SKILLS / BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
- Able to adapt quickly and effectively to operational issues.
- Can work in a fast paced and very busy warehouse.
- Ability to read, interpret, and effectively communicate necessary policies and procedures to others.
- Awareness in inventory.
- Developing individuals in a team so that they achieve their full potential.
