EIIC has opening for Senior Engineer – Electronics Design within Aerospace. He/ she will be responsible to perform the design and development of Power Electronics hardware for Aerospace controllers (LRU) conforming to required standards and to customer specific requirements for Aerospace .This individual will be responsible for simulations, designing, developing and testing of power circuits, focused mostly on power electronics converters, analog and digital circuits and gate driver design.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform power electronics design and development and performs modeling, simulation, PE and validations of power electronics and electronics circuits for Aerospace & Electrical Application.
- Perform Electronics controller & Power Electronics hardware design and development, expereince on aerospace product design with DO160 & DO254 standards.
- Contribute to complex circuit design and analysis/simulations using Pspice/LTspice/Matlab/SiMetrix/ PLECS
- Clearly Document function, design and test of electronic hardware including Product Specifications, Hardware Design Document, experimental test procedures, QTP, QSR, QAR, QTR, ATP etc. to meet Eaton Quality standards.
- Execute the project through entire product lifecycle through Pro-Launch process
- Continuously manages the expectations of internal and external customers.
- Provide work estimates and develop schedule in order to effectively manage time.
- Collaborates with power electronics, mechanical, thermal, and firmware engineers to successfully design and validate the design
- Mentor team members assist them in technical and process areas.
- Ensure quality levels are met through tools such as Six Sigma, DFSS etc.
- Stays current with the latest power electronics, PCB and electronics circuit technologies and applies knowledge to power conversion and protection applications.
