We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of our Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage installation, commissioning, and maintenance of STP projects at site.
Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections ensuring adherence to engineering standards, quality specifications, and drawings.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues related to installations and project execution.
Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, regulatory norms, and quality control procedures.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports, site documentation, and technical records.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve concerns.
Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical field.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, blowers, piping layouts, and wastewater treatment processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with attention to technical accuracy and execution quality.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and contractors under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination and client handling.
Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation tools; familiarity with project management software is an added advantage.
Salary -As per Industry Standards
