Key ResponsibilitiesInside Sales Executive
- Generate new business through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and references.
- Build and maintain relationships with exporters, importers, and corporate clients.
- Prepare and follow up on freight quotations.
- Coordinate with pricing and operations teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer records.
Documentation & Operations Executive
- Handle export and import documentation for Air and Sea shipments.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customs brokers, and overseas agents.
- Prepare shipping documents including BL, AWB, invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
- Ensure accurate documentation, billing, and smooth operational execution.
Eligibility
- Experience: 2–5 years in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Customs Clearance.
- Good understanding of Import & Export procedures, Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and Customs Clearance.
- Strong communication, coordination, and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Preferred Skills
- Freight forwarding industry experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, Shipping Documentation, and Logistics Operations.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
