About the Role
Impact Communications Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and result-driven Growth & Partnerships Executive to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing prospects through LinkedIn, business directories, online platforms, and market research.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, company databases, and other online platforms.
- Research target companies and identify key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a strong prospect database.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Track and update lead status in CRM/Excel reports.
- Support client acquisition and business expansion efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and research skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and lead generation tools is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
