Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR professional who will lead end-to-end recruitment, campus hiring initiatives, and employee engagement programs for our growing Indore delivery center.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to support business growth through effective talent acquisition and people practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and non-IT roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand skill requirements and workforce planning
- Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and vendor networks
- Drive stakeholder communication and ensure strong candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, offer conversion, quality of hire)
2. Campus Hiring
- Design and execute campus hiring strategies across Tier 1/2 colleges
- Build relationships with colleges, placement cells, and training institutes
- Lead campus drives, hackathons, and internship programs
- Develop early talent pipelines aligned with business needs
3. Employee Engagement & HR Operations
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities
- Support onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management
- Drive employee satisfaction, retention initiatives, and feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with leadership on HR policies and people strategy
4. Stakeholder & Process Management
- Work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with HR processes, policies, and audits
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in IT recruitment (mandatory)
- Proven track record in campus hiring programs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong understanding of HR lifecycle & employee engagement frameworks
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track and improve hiring metrics
Qualifications :
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
- 3 - 8 years of relevant HR experience in IT/consulting organizations.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
