Job Summary
we are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Staff to promote products and services, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products and services.
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery.
- Conduct follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
- Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
