Hiring: Experienced Server – Café Operations
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Server to join our café team. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of café service standards, and the ability to handle guests professionally in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food & beverages as per café standards
- Ensure excellent guest experience and customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas
- Coordinate with kitchen and barista team for smooth operations
- Handle billing/POS operations when required
- Assist in opening and closing duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year experience in café / restaurant / hospitality service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of café operations and customer handling
- Positive attitude and team player
- Flexible with shift timings
Preferred:
- Experience in premium café or QSR industry
- Basic POS knowledge
