About the Role:
We're seeking a hands-on AI Automation Engineer to spearhead AI adoption across our organization. This isn't about building models from scratch — it's about solving real business problems with practical AI solutions.You'll collaborate with product, operations, marketing, and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities, build AI-powered tools, and streamline workflows using LLMs, APIs, and automation platforms. What You'll Do Build & Deploy AI Solutions

Design and implement LLM-powered tools, copilots, and intelligent agents using OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and vector databases

Create custom chatbots and knowledge assistants using internal data and RAG architectures

Develop AI-driven anomaly detection tools
Automate & Orchestrate

Use platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make to build scalable workflow automations

Integrate disparate systems through APIs, webhooks, and custom connectors

Design multi-step AI agent workflows for complex business processes
Collaborate & Scale

Partner with teams to identify pain points and build targeted AI solutions

Document processes and create self-service tools for non-technical users

Establish best practices and frameworks for AI tool development

Measure impact through usage analytics and feedback loops
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
-
2–4 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or AI implementation
-
Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js
-
Hands-on experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering
-
Working knowledge of LangChain, vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate), and RAG patterns

Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Retool)

Understanding of API design, webhooks, and system integrations
Nice-to-Haves

Experience building internal tools, AI copilots, or business automation solutions

Knowledge of fraud detection, anomaly detection, or ML monitoring systems

Familiarity with affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketing workflows
