Role Summary
The Business Development Execticve (BDE) will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities. The role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, corporate client acquisition, consultative selling, and long-term relationship management across industries such as HR Tech, Staffing, IT, BFSI, and other enterprise sectors.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and target potential corporate clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and digital channels to generate qualified leads.
· Present and promote the company's service offerings and business solutions to prospective clients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and key decision-makers across organizations.
· Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
· Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
· Prepare proposals, conduct client presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close contracts.
· Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing service delivery.

· Strong experience in B2B sales and business development.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior corporate stakeholders.
· Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
· Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate client acquisition.
· Experience in enterprise services, HR solutions, SaaS, staffing, or related industries will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
