Role Summary Looking for a QA Analyst with 2–4 years of experience in Core Banking testing, complemented by an MBA in Finance from a reputed institution. The role requires a strong blend of functional banking knowledge, QA expertise, and excellent communication/presentation skills to support critical banking transformation programs. Key Responsibilities : Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for Core Banking systems Design test scenarios, test cases, and execute end-to-end validation Validate banking workflows (Accounts, Loans, Payments, Deposits, GL) Collaborate with business, BA, and tech teams for requirement clarity Manage defects (tracking, triage, closure) using tools like JIRA/ALM Prepare and present test status reports, dashboards, and insights Support UAT cycles and stakeholder walkthroughs Must-Have Skills : Strong knowledge of Core Banking systems (Finacle / Flexcube / T24 / similar) Understanding of banking products & financial processes Hands-on QA experience across STLC / SDLC Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Qualification & Experience : MBA (Finance) – from a reputed college (mandatory) Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Commerce / related fields) 2–4 years of QA / Testing experience in banking domain Good-to-Have : Exposure to API / Automation testing Experience in Agile projects Awareness of banking regulations / compliance testing Ideal Candidate Traits : Ability to bridge business and technology effectively Confident in stakeholder interactions and presentations Detail-oriented with strong quality ownership mindset Structured thinker with consultative approach
