The ideal candidate will be responsible for appointing new retailers, generating leads, developing strong retailer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with vendors and dispatch teams, ensuring smooth order processing and timely deliveries, and actively participating in marketing and promotional activities to expand business reach. Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills along with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
