Next Door Construction is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Kottakkal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, interacting with potential customers, explaining construction services, following up with enquiries, and converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads and enquiries.
- Identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Explain construction services, projects, and packages to customers.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits when required.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the project and management teams to ensure smooth customer communication.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Plus Two / Higher Secondary or above.
- Any Diploma or Degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, real estate, construction, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
