Qualification: B. Tech. in ECE or EEE from a reputed regular college of 4 year course.
- PLC programming in a System House/ system integrator, as a PLC programmer.
- Must have good hold in PLC, HMI/ GOT, SCADA and VFD Programming.
- Advance programming like all communication protocol- RS 232, 485, Ethernet, Ethercat, Modbus, and Profinet etc., Programming of Servo Motors, Robot, and CNC.
Industrial experience nature: Must be working with any system integrator of PLC brands- SIEMENS, ALLEN BRADLEY and MITSUBISHI.
A technically driven and innovation-oriented professional with 8–10 years of experience in Industrial Automation, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), and Control Systems. Skilled in PLC logic design, motion control, electrical integration, and system commissioning. Demonstrates strong leadership in concept-to-commissioning projects with a focus on cost optimization, technology adoption, and cross-functional collaboration. Adept at translating application requirements into robust automation solutions through modern PLC/SCADA systems and integrated electrical controls.
- Application & Concept Development
- Analyze applications and develop technically viable, cost-optimized automation solutions.
- Prepare control concepts, logic sequences, and automation architecture based on application needs.
- Technology Integration
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as Servo Drives, Motion Controllers, Safety PLCs, and IIoT/SCADA interfaces.
- Standardize PLC logic templates and documentation for reuse and scalability across projects.
- Support continuous improvement through R&D innovation and prototyping.
- Project Execution & Documentation
- Develop and control BOQ, BOP, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
- Oversee electrical panel manufacturing, wiring, and system-level commissioning.
- Ensure detailed project documentation — logic flow, electrical schematics, FAT/SAT reports, and technical manuals.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead the Programming & Electrical team within R&D, ensuring timely task completion and technical excellence.
- Provide mentoring, performance tracking, and skill development of junior engineers.
- Reporting & Quality Monitoring
- Maintain structured project reports and progress dashboards.
- Ensure system logic and wiring meet safety, reliability, and compliance standards (CE/ISO).
- Drive root-cause analysis and continual improvement in logic and hardware design.

- PLCs: Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Delta, Omron
- HMI/SCADA: WinCC, FactoryTalk, GT Designer, iFIX
- Drives & Motion: Servo/Stepper control, VFD tuning, synchronization
