HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- HR/IR, Labour Management, Union Management, HR Policies, Local Liaison. Factory HR, Plant HR,
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee issues in a timely and fair manner.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance evaluations, goal setting, and career development.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs and initiatives.
- Training and Development:
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Strategic Planning:
- Partner with senior management to develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Provide input on workforce planning, organizational structure, and succession planning.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
