We are seeking a dynamic Property Consultant to manage residential rental leads, acquire new property inventory, coordinate site visits, and facilitate rental closures. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with property owners, onboarding rental properties, and assisting tenants in finding suitable homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and acquire residential rental inventory by connecting with property owners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property owners.
- Conduct market research to identify new rental opportunities.
- Handle and follow up on rental leads generated through various channels.
- Understand tenant requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Coordinate and conduct property site visits.
- Negotiate rental terms between owners and tenants.
- Facilitate rental closures and support documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, leads, site visits, and transactions.
- Ensure regular follow-up with owners and prospective tenants.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in residential rentals, property acquisition, leasing.
- Experience in inventory sourcing/property onboarding is preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently generate inventory and close rental transactions.
- Familiarity with the local residential rental market.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.

- New properties onboarded each month.
- Qualified rental leads handled.
- Site visits conducted.
- Rental closures achieved.
- Revenue generated from rental transactions.
Working Days: Wednesday to Monday
Pay: ₹12,684.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
