Key Responsibilities
- Greeting & Seating: Warmly welcoming guests immediately upon arrival and escorting them to tables.
- Reservation Management: Answering phones, recording reservations, and managing the guest waiting list.
- Table Management: Coordinating with servers to optimize seating, balance workload, and ensure efficient table turnover.
- Menu & Dining Support: Presenting menus, answering initial questions, and providing bread/water service if required.
- Guest Service: Addressing guest complaints professionally and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintenance: Keeping the hostess stand, menus, and lobby area clean and organized.
