- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Promote pharmaceutical products and company services to prospective and existing clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, distributors, stockists, hospitals, pharmacies, and business partners.
- Explain product details, pricing, offers, and company policies to customers.
- Follow up regularly with clients for order confirmation, repeat business, and payment collection.
- Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain sales documentation.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales pipeline, and CRM data.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research and track competitor activities.
- Support PCD Pharma and Third-Party Manufacturing business development activities (if applicable).
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Pay: ₹15,246.76 - ₹30,125.52 per month
