Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.

Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and availability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Ensure timely communication with candidates and clients.

Learn and understand US recruitment processes, employment terms, and hiring practices.

Work Experience
Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to work in US shift timings.
Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in (BE, BCA, BSc, MBA HR preferred).

Fresh graduates from 2025, or 2026 batches can apply.
Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of recruitment or HR concepts.

Knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage.

Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
