We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team at SINQ EDGE- DONA PAULA . The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, be capable of managing kitchen operations efficiently, and lead a team while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the assigned kitchen section.
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to established recipes and standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores for requisitions.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections and service teams for efficient operations.
- Handle guest feedback related to food quality professionally.
- Ensure proper maintenance and usage of kitchen equipment.
Requirements
Previous experience as a CDP or Senior DCDP preferred.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Expertise in Indian, Continental, Tandoor, or relevant specialized cuisine.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
