ABOUT KLINIQ
KlinIQ is an early-stage AI automation and growth systems company serving health and wellness businesses, including clinics, med spas, dental practices, wellness centers, and multi-location groups.
We build AI booking and database-reactivation agents and connect paid acquisition, landing pages, GoHighLevel, Twilio, ElevenLabs, scheduling, follow-up, and reporting into one operating system. Our goal is to help clients respond faster, follow up consistently, and understand the path from inquiry to booked appointment.
We are a small, hands-on team. Contractors work directly with the people responsible for strategy, systems, campaigns, and client outcomes. We do not measure marketing success by platform leads alone. We separate inquiries, qualified leads, bookings, attendance, and revenue so decisions can be based on evidence.
THE ROLE
KlinIQ is looking for an experienced Google and Meta Paid Acquisition Strategist who can own paid acquisition from initial research through campaign build, launch, optimization, and business-outcome reporting.
You should already have hands-on experience managing live Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts. This is not an entry-level training role, but we value demonstrated work, sound judgment, and learning ability more than a senior title or a specific degree.
This role is for someone who understands that campaign performance depends on the full system. The offer, audience, creative, landing path, tracking, response time, qualification process, booking experience, and follow-up must work together.
You will not operate as an isolated media buyer. You will work alongside KlinIQ's strategy, creative, development, CRM, and voice AI specialists to improve the full path from click to confirmed appointment.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
You will own:
- Market and competitor research
- Offer and acquisition strategy
- Google Ads and Meta Ads account structure
- Audience, keyword, bidding, and budget strategy
- Campaign builds and launches
- Creative testing plans and briefs
- Landing-page and conversion-path recommendations
- Conversion tracking and attribution requirements
- Lead-quality and booking analysis
- Budget pacing and forecasting
- Weekly optimization
- Client-ready reporting
- Testing records and change documentation
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Research and Strategy
- Understand each client's services, locations, capacity, margins, priorities, and growth constraints
- Identify which offers are worth promoting and which audiences are worth paying to reach
- Conduct local market, competitor, keyword, demand, and audience research
- Evaluate search intent, seasonality, service areas, geographic limitations, and competitive positioning
- Build channel strategies based on the business rather than applying the same campaign structure to every account
- Model the relationship between media spend, lead cost, qualification, booking rate, attendance, and revenue
- Identify when an account is not ready to scale because of offer, capacity, tracking, or follow-up problems
Google Ads
- Build and manage Google Search campaigns
- Use Performance Max, Display, YouTube, remarketing, or other Google campaign types when they fit the objective
- Conduct keyword research and maintain keyword, match-type, negative-keyword, and search-term discipline
- Write and test clear, policy-compliant ads
- Structure campaigns by service, market, intent, economics, and conversion path
- Manage bidding strategies, budgets, geographic targeting, schedules, devices, audiences, and extensions
- Improve impression share and conversion volume without sacrificing lead quality
- Diagnose tracking, traffic-quality, bidding, policy, and landing-page issues
Meta Ads
- Build and manage lead-generation, website-conversion, remarketing, and awareness campaigns
- Develop audience strategies using first-party data, prospecting, retargeting, and appropriate expansion methods
- Create structured creative-testing plans across messages, formats, hooks, offers, and audiences
- Write briefs for static, video, testimonial, educational, and offer-led creative
- Manage campaign budgets, placements, optimization events, exclusions, and frequency
- Review lead quality by audience, creative, campaign, and placement
- Diagnose fatigue, weak offers, poor conversion paths, tracking gaps, and declining lead quality
Tracking and Attribution
- Define the conversion events needed across advertising platforms, websites, CRM systems, phone systems, and calendars
- Configure or coordinate Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API
- Implement or coordinate enhanced conversions, offline events, call tracking, and CRM outcome feedback
- Preserve campaign, ad, keyword, audience, landing-page, and source data through the lead lifecycle
- Validate event firing, deduplication, attribution windows, parameters, and platform diagnostics
- Ensure the advertising platforms receive meaningful downstream outcomes where appropriate
- Work with the GoHighLevel and technical teams to connect lead, qualification, booking, attendance, and revenue data
Conversion Optimization
- Review landing pages, forms, booking paths, offers, calls to action, and mobile experiences
- Identify where the message changes or weakens between the ad and the landing experience
- Recommend tests that address specific conversion problems
- Coordinate with design and development on new pages and campaign assets
- Evaluate form quality, appointment availability, response speed, qualification, and follow-up as part of campaign performance
- Avoid scaling spend into a broken conversion path
Reporting and Communication
- Report inquiries, qualified leads, live transfers, callback requests, bookings, attendance, revenue, and return separately
- Explain what changed, why it changed, and what should happen next
- Maintain a testing and optimization log
- Distinguish statistical evidence from early directional signals
- Flag incomplete data, attribution limits, and tracking concerns
- Present problems directly instead of hiding them behind platform metrics
- Keep recommendations tied to the client's capacity and economics
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
A strong contractor in this role will:
- Improve the volume and cost of qualified opportunities, not only raw form submissions
- Increase the percentage of paid leads that reach a useful next action
- Maintain accurate, decision-ready tracking
- Know when to scale, hold, restructure, or stop a campaign
- Identify poor lead quality before it consumes substantial budget
- Produce useful creative and landing-page insights
- Keep budgets controlled and pacing predictable
- Maintain a visible history of tests, changes, and outcomes
- Connect advertising decisions to verified bookings and revenue when data is available
- Explain underperformance clearly and recommend a specific next action
