We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Skill Development Advisor with 1–2 years of experience to engage with prospective students and guide them in choosing suitable training programs based on their interests and career goals. The role involves counseling candidates, addressing their queries, and supporting the admission and enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and candidates through calls and follow-ups.
- Provide information regarding available skill development programs, including eligibility, duration, and career opportunities.
- Understand candidates' career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
- Schedule and coordinate walk-in appointments for interested candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM/database.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the counseling process.
- Achieve assigned counseling, walk-in, and enrollment targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in student counseling, academic counseling, telecalling, admissions, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and guide candidates effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
