Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Sea Operations with 3–4 years of experience in international ocean freight operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in US trade lane operations, hands-on experience with AMS and ISF filings, and a solid understanding of both E-commerce and traditional freight. The role involves managing end-to-end sea freight operations while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sea export and import shipments for the US trade lane.
- Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other export/import documents.
- Perform AMS (Automated Manifest System) and ISF (Importer Security Filing) submissions accurately and within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, customs brokers, transporters, and customers to ensure seamless shipment execution.
- Monitor shipment milestones and provide timely status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Handle operational exceptions, shipment delays, and customer escalations efficiently.
- Manage both E-commerce and traditional ocean freight shipments while ensuring compliance with service-level agreements.
- Ensure adherence to US customs regulations, international trade compliance, and company SOPs.
- Maintain shipment records, operational reports, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to deliver high-quality logistics solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Business preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in international ocean freight operations.
- Strong knowledge of US trade lane operations and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with AMS and ISF filings.
- Experience managing E-commerce and traditional freight shipments.
- Good understanding of ocean freight documentation, customs procedures, and freight forwarding operations.
- Proficiency in freight forwarding software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

- Experience working with international shipping lines and freight forwarders.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle high shipment volumes efficiently.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
