Position:
Godown Keeper / Dispatch Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming materials and products properly
- Maintain stock of poultry pharma products, feed additives, veterinary medicines, and other inventory items
- Monitor inward and outward stock movement
- Prepare materials for dispatch according to invoices, delivery challans, and schedules
- Verify batch numbers, quantity, expiry dates, and product details before dispatch
- Coordinate with transporters and drivers for timely dispatch and delivery
- Maintain dispatch records, stock registers, and inventory documentation
- Conduct physical stock verification and periodic inventory checks
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) for stock movement and inventory management
- Ensure proper storage conditions and cleanliness of the godown
- Assist in loading and unloading activities when required
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and warehouse teams for smooth daily operations
Eligibility:
- Any Degree / HSC / SSLC
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, godown, inventory, or dispatch operations preferred
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills required
- Experience with inventory software / ERP systems / Zoho preferred
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Responsible and detail-oriented approach
