We are looking for an efficient and organized Logistics professional to join our factory operations team in Coimbatore and streamline our supply chain, dispatch, and material movement.

Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch & Delivery Management: Oversee the daily dispatch operations of finished modular goods, ensuring accurate loading, secure packaging, and timely delivery to client sites or warehouses.
- Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Coordinate and track the movement of incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products.
- Transporter Management: Network, negotiate, and coordinate with local and regional transport vendors to ensure cost-effective freight rates and reliable vehicle availability.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify all critical logistics documentation, including Delivery Challans, E-Way bills, LRs (Lorry Receipts), packing lists, and commercial invoices.
- Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the factory production and warehouse teams to align dispatch schedules with manufacturing timelines and prevent bottlenecks.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain daily dispatch logs, track shipments in transit, and provide proactive updates to the project management and sales teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of core experience in handling logistics and dispatch operations strictly within a Manufacturing Industry (experience in furniture, interior components, or heavy fabrication is a plus).
- Education: Any Graduate / Diploma in Material Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) and familiarity with ERP software (like SAP, Tally, or HR One/custom logistics modules).
- Statutory Knowledge: Well-versed in E-Way bill generation and standard transport regulations in Tamil Nadu and neighboring states.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle transporters and drivers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve transit delays or material damage quickly.
- Proximity to or willingness to commute to Irugur, Coimbatore.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
