Job Summary
We are looking for an fresher/experienced Advanced 3D Laser Scanning Surveyor who can independently execute high-accuracy laser scanning projects from planning through final data delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong surveying knowledge, experience with terrestrial laser scanners, registration workflows, and excellent site management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute terrestrial 3D laser scanning surveys.
- Conduct site reconnaissance and determine optimal scan locations.
- Establish survey control using Total Station and GNSS equipment.
- Perform scanner setup, calibration, and quality assurance.
- Capture high-quality point cloud data with minimal shadows.
- Execute geo-referenced surveys using control networks.
- Perform field verification and accuracy checks.
- Register and process point cloud datasets.
- Generate clean, organized project deliverables.
- Coordinate with BIM, engineering, and GIS teams.
- Prepare field reports, scan logs, and QA/QC documentation.
- Manage project timelines and client communication during fieldwork.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of expensive survey equipment.
- Travel to project sites across India and occasionally overseas when required.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in terrestrial laser scanning.
- Strong understanding of survey control and coordinate systems.
- Experience with Total Station, GNSS, and conventional surveying.
- Knowledge of point cloud registration and quality control.
- Ability to identify and eliminate scan blind spots.
- Experience working on industrial plants, buildings, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on remote project sites.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Survey Engineering, Geomatics, Geoinformatics, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate
The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, capable of managing field operations independently, and passionate about advanced surveying technologies. Experience in industrial plants, refineries, ports, airports, hospitals, commercial buildings, or infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
