Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, printer, and email issues.
Monitor and maintain network performance, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights.
Install and update operating systems, antivirus, and company software.
Troubleshoot system and network problems and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain IT assets record, inventory, and documentation.
Ensure data backup, recovery, and system security.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT support, AMC, and repairs.
Support Busy Software, attendance systems, CCTV, and other IT systems (if applicable).
