Job Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for handling the overall operations of the Piaggio Ape showroom, including vehicle sales, service coordination,customer satisfaction, team supervision, and branch profitability. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Develop local market strategies to increase showroom sales
- Handle institutional and fleet customer inquiries
- Monitor lead generation and conversion activities
- Conduct promotional and customer engagement activities
Branch Operations
- Oversee daily showroom operations smoothly
- Coordinate between sales, service, departments
- Ensure proper stock management and vehicle display
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and brand standards
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise showroom staff
- Monitor employee attendance and performance
- Motivate the team to achieve branch targets
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Resolve customer complaints effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Financial & Administrative Control
- Monitor branch expenses and profitability
- Handle billing, collections, and cash management
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience in automobile showroom or branch management
- Experience in commercial vehicle sales preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and dealership software systems
