We are looking for a proactive and motivated recent graduate from Delhi University to join our team as a Program Coordinator in Delhi. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in field coordination, stakeholder engagement, and program implementation within a fast-paced, development-focused environment.
Role Overview
The selected intern will be based in Delhi and will undergo structured onboarding and training on the organization’s digital platform and program workflows. The role involves working closely with the program team and Special Educators (SEs), supporting coordination efforts, and contributing to the smooth execution of field activities.
This position requires rigorous travel across Delhi and nearby areas and is best suited for individuals who are comfortable working extensively on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in frequent field visits across Delhi for coordination and monitoring activities
- Learn and support the use of the organization’s digital platform and tools
- Provide assistance to Special Educators (SEs) in application usage and workflows
- Coordinate with SEs, support follow-ups, and maintain regular communication
- Help address basic operational challenges under team guidance
- Support timely execution of project activities on the ground
- Maintain records, updates, and basic coordination reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective program delivery
Learning & Exposure
- Practical exposure to field operations and program implementation
- Experience in stakeholder coordination and communication

Eligibility & Requirements
- Recent graduate from Delhi University (any discipline)
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment
- Good communication and coordination skills

- Must have a laptop and smartphone with stable internet connectivity
- Two-wheeler is preferred for local travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
