We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Inside Sales Excutive to join our sales team. The role involves connecting with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right learning solutions through a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers through calls and follow-ups
- Understand customer career goals and recommend suitable programs
- Guide prospects through the existing tech-learning landscape
- Build strong relationships and maintain a customer-centric approach
- Handle objections and convert leads into enrollments
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM tools
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
Must-Have Skills
- 1–6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Passion for target achievement and customer interaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Graduate in any stream (B.Tech preferred)
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
